Faceless Business Venture Llp is out in the Jasai area of Uran. If you are coming from the main city, it feels like a bit of a trek, but we like it out here in Raigad. We are based in House No. 943. It isn't a typical glass-and-steel office building you see in Mumbai. Instead, it is more of a local setting that fits the vibe of the village. The air is a bit different here, and things move at their own pace. We spend our mornings getting things sorted while the local traffic hums outside. Most people in the area know each other, so it feels more like a community than a business hub. We have been working from this house for some time now. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather gets bad, but we manage to get the work finished regardless. It is a simple setup with just enough room for what we do. We don't really do the whole formal corporate thing. It is more about sitting down, drinking some water, and focusing on the tasks for the day. Being in Raigad gives us a bit of a break from the constant noise of the deeper suburbs. You won't find any big signs or flashy lights on our door. It is just a regular place where we show up and do our bit every single day until it is time to go home.
