F K Builders

F K Builders has its roots in Matunga East, right off 100 Feet Road on 17th A Main. We’ve seen a lot of changes in this neighborhood over the years. Construction and building are what we know, so we spend a lot of our time out on sites or dealing with plans here in the office. It’s not a polished environment. There are usually blueprints scattered around and maybe some dust on the boots from a site visit. We aren't the kind of people who sit in boardrooms all day. We’d rather be seeing how a project is actually coming along on the ground. We’ve built a reputation around here just by being around for so long and not cutting corners. People know where to find us if they need something built or fixed. We don't use those slick sales pitches or try to sound more important than we are. We're builders, plain and simple. We know the local regulations and the way things work in this part of town. Sometimes there are delays or things don't go exactly as planned—that’s just the nature of building—but we always stick with it until it’s finished.
