Our shop is at Dunhill Castle, Shop No 3, right across from the ICICI Bank on Hanuman Road. Vile Parle East is a nice neighborhood to be in. We’ve got a decent selection of frames and we spend a lot of time fitting people for contact lenses. The shop isn't massive, but it’s organized enough that we can find what we need. Hanuman Road is always busy with people going to the bank or grabbing food nearby. We see a lot of familiar faces every day. We aren't the type of place with a big polished reception desk. It’s more of a walk-in-and-chat kind of atmosphere. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, and other days we’ve got three people waiting at once. We just do our best to get to everyone. The lighting inside is bright so people can see the frames clearly, but the rest of the place is pretty basic. We’ve been part of the Vile Parle community for a while now. We don’t bother with big slogans or anything. We just like helping people find glasses that don’t fall off their face. It’s simple work and it keeps us busy. If you’re ever near the bank, you can’t miss our little shop. The shop has a bit of a low ceiling, which makes it feel cozy, though some taller people have to watch their heads. We have a small drawer full of spare nose pads and screws.
