We've been over here in the Mhatre Pen Building for a while now. It’s the 'C' Wing, first floor. If you know the Senapati Bapat Marg area in Dadar West, you probably know where we are. It’s always busy around here. We deal with flavours, mostly. People come to us when they need something specific for their products. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get the work done. The team is small but we know the business well. Dadar is a good spot for us because it's central and easy for people to reach. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a bit much, but that's just part of being in this part of town. We spend our days sorting out orders and making sure everything smells and tastes right before it goes out. There’s usually a lot going on with different samples. We don't really do much advertising; most people find us through word of mouth or because they've seen the sign on the building. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on the flavours and getting them to the people who need them. Being on the first floor makes it easy to move things in and out. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us and our regulars seem to appreciate that. We've got shelves full of different extracts and the place always smells like a mix of everything. It's just a normal day for us.
