We are tucked away in Shree Ganesh Colony on P. K. Road. If you are in Mulund West, you probably know the area. It’s a busy part of town but our spot is a bit more settled. We’ve got the shop set up to show what we have, though it gets a bit cramped when new stock arrives. We spend a lot of time moving boxes around to make space. It’s a local business, so we don't have any fancy robots or high-tech systems. It is just us and our hands. People from the colony often drop by just to say hello or ask about some tiles. We keep the place open six days a week. The floors are always a bit dusty because of the materials, but we try our best to sweep up every evening. It’s a simple life here. We handle the sales, talk to the delivery drivers, and make sure the accounts are okay. There isn’t a big management team or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure things run right. Sometimes the rain gets heavy and leaks a little near the door, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. That is Mumbai for you. We don't make big promises, we just show you what we have on the shelves and let you decide. It is a humble setup but we have been here for a long time now.
