Our place is at 15/3 in Ghatkopar West. It is one of those spots in Mumbai that never really sleeps. We have been operating out of this location for quite some time now. The building is older, but it serves our purpose just fine. We have rows of ceramics stacked up, and sometimes it feels like a maze in here. You have to be careful where you step when we are unloading a truck. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights and music. It’s more of a warehouse feel where people come to get what they need for their homes or projects. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know how things work. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. The neighborhood is full of small shops and houses, so it feels very connected. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth usually does the job for us. People know where 15/3 is. We just focus on keeping the stock ready and the prices fair. There’s no corporate manual we follow, we just treat people like neighbors. It can get noisy with the traffic outside, but once you’re inside, it’s all about the work. We just keep things moving and hope for a good day’s work every single morning when we open.
