Etico Advisory Services Llp is way up on the 20th floor of the Oriental Arcade in the Parel area of Mumbai. We are on Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, specifically in rooms A-2001 and 2002. Being that high up gives us a pretty wide view of the city, especially the Chinchpokli East side. The building is a large commercial structure and it stays quite busy with people coming and going from different floors. Since we are on the 20th floor, we rely on the elevators every day. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait during the lunch hour or when everyone is arriving in the morning. Our office is a combined space that gives us enough room to spread out our work. Parel is a very central location in Mumbai, which makes it easy for us to get to from different parts of town. The 400012 area is always humming with energy. We don't have any big corporate decorations in the office. It is mostly just shelves, desks, and our computers. It is a functional workspace for the staff here. We have been in this building for a while now and we are used to the rhythm of the place. The Oriental Arcade is a well-known spot for businesses around here. It gets windy up here sometimes, but the view of the skyline makes up for it. We usually stay late most evenings.
