You can find us at Flat 32 in the Hill Rock Society, which is 27 B in Mumbai. It’s a bit different being in a society like this rather than a big glass building. It feels a lot more like a home, which we actually prefer for our daily routine. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. Inside the flat, we've turned the main rooms into workspace. There are plenty of windows, so we get some natural light during the morning hours. We have a lot of folders piled up because there is always something to check or double-check. The kitchen area is where we keep the coffee machine, and that’s probably the most popular spot in the office. Maharashtra weather can be unpredictable, but inside we keep things comfortable enough to focus. Being in a residential society means we have to keep the noise down, which isn't hard since we are mostly just typing or talking quietly. There is a small balcony where we keep some plants, though they could probably use more water than they get. We spend our hours going through records and making sure everything matches up. It’s a solid, quiet place to work without the chaos of the main roads right at our doorstep. We like the local vibe of the area and the people we see around the complex.
