We've been at Empire House in Lower Parel for a while now. Senapati Bapat Marg is always busy, and our ground floor spot makes it easy for people to drop by. We deal with machine tools through the Mcat Division of Empire Industries. It’s a big name but we just focus on the work here. The building is an old one but it stays sturdy. People know us for being around this part of Mumbai for years. We handle the technical side of things without much fuss. Most days are spent looking at specs and talking to folks who need gear for their factories. It's not a flashy office or anything. Just desks, some equipment, and a few of us trying to get through the orders. Lower Parel has changed a lot, with all the malls and towers, but we’re still here doing the same stuff. We mostly work with other industrial businesses. We don't really do big ads. Usually, people find us because they know the Empire name or they just walk in from the street. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just keep at it. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but that’s just how it goes when you’re part of a larger enterprise. We just try to stay helpful and get the machine tools out to where they need to be. It's just simple business for us.
