Elitecore Technologies Ltd is located at Flat No A 19 on the 7th floor of Starline CHS Limited. That’s at Plot No 20 in Gorai 1, Boriwali West, Mumbai. Working from the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we’re looking at our screens. Mumbai is a fast-paced place, and Boriwali West is always moving. Our office is inside a residential society, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a small team here. We deal with technology stuff every day, and sometimes the problems are easy to solve, and other times they take all night. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. Most of the time, we’re just busy fixing things or setting up new systems. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we have to plan accordingly if we’re heading out for lunch. We don’t have any fancy posters or motivational quotes on the walls. It’s just a place where work happens. We use the kitchen area for our breaks and sometimes we talk about things other than work. It’s a tight space but we make it work. Living and working in Mumbai means you get used to being a bit cramped. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way at Starline. The monsoon season makes the balcony look nice.
