The clinic is small and simple. We don't have any of those fancy waterfalls in the lobby or leather couches. It’s just a clean space with a dental chair and the necessary equipment. Dr. Pratik handles the checkups and procedures himself. We get a lot of families from the Bhagyoday Society and the surrounding streets. Jain Mandir Road is usually busy with people going about their day. We try to fit in with that rhythm. We aren't some big corporate dental chain with a sales team. It is just a neighborhood clinic. If you need a tooth looked at or a cleaning, that is what we do. We keep the records in a simple way and don't bother people with too many messages. The waiting room is just a few seats near the front door. We try to be on time, but dental work can be unpredictable sometimes. Most people who come here are our neighbors.
