Drem Land Hsg, B Wing,

We operate out of Room 42 on the fourth floor of Drem Land Hsg, B Wing. It’s right on the New 120 Link Road in Borivali West. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. The space is basically a converted apartment, so it feels more like a home than a stiff, cold office. We like it that way. There’s a small kitchen where we make tea, and the main room is where all the work happens. Since we’re in a housing society, it’s relatively quiet compared to the main road noise outside. We do our daily tasks here, mostly involving paperwork and some computer work. It’s just a small group of us. We don't have a big sign out front, so you really have to know which wing to go into. Borivali is a crowded place, but once you get up to the fourth floor, things calm down a bit. We spend a lot of our time just managing the day-to-day stuff. It's nothing fancy, just a practical place to get things done. We’ve got a view of the other buildings and a bit of the road from the window. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a quick chat or to ask a question. It’s a very local way of doing business, without the pressure of being in a big commercial hub. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in our own way without making a big deal of it.
