Dr. yash Shah Total Eye Care

Dr. Yash Shah runs this place on the first floor of Bhaveshwar Vihar. We are in Flat E, which is right on SV Road in Prathnasamaj. It’s a convenient spot because so many buses go past here every day. We’ve had our clinic in this building for quite some time. It feels more like a home than a sterile hospital because it’s in an apartment block. We see all kinds of eye problems, from kids who need their first pair of glasses to older folks who can't see the newspaper anymore. It’s a small operation. We don't have a big corporate board or a marketing budget. It’s just the doctor and a couple of us helping out with the front desk and the testing machines. SV Road is always loud, but once you come up to the first floor, it’s a bit quieter. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere because people get nervous about their eyes. There’s no fancy jargon here, just plain talk about what’s wrong and how to fix it. We spend a lot of time cleaning lenses and adjusting frames. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s important to the people who come to see us. We’ve known some of our patients for years. They come in, have a chat, get their eyes checked, and head back out into the bustle of Prathnasamaj. That’s just how we like to run things here in our little flat on the first floor.
