You can find Dr. walvatkars Eye Care Centre at the Kapurbawdi Junction in Thane. We are located in unit 110/b on the second floor of Krishna Tower, right on the Ghodbunder Road. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic, but we are usually too busy with patients to look out much. The clinic is set up to handle all sorts of eye checks. We have a reception area that gets a bit crowded during the peak hours in the evening. The staff consists of just a few of us who have been working together for quite a while. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most people know we are here because they pass by the building every day on their way to work. It’s a very standard medical office with plain floors and simple lighting. We spend a lot of time looking at eye charts and explaining things to people. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet for an hour or two. We just take it as it comes. It's a local spot where people from Thane can come without any fuss to get their eyes checked by someone who knows the area.
