Dr Usha Y Lokhandwala

Dr Usha Y Lokhandwala has been working out of the Classique building for a long time now. We are up on the fourth floor, specifically in units 403 and 404. If you are coming down N S Road No 1 in the Jvpd Scheme, you’ll find us right in the heart of Juhu. It’s a nice area but the traffic can be a real headache sometimes especially in the evenings. The clinic isn't one of those big corporate hospitals you see in the magazines. It's more of a personal space where we know most people by their first names. We have been in this spot so long that we’ve seen kids grow up and bring their own kids back. The waiting area has some old magazines and a water cooler that hums a bit too loud. Dr Usha spends most of her day in the inner office. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth usually keeps the chairs full. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy but nobody seems to mind much. We just handle the appointments and make sure the files are where they should be. It is a straightforward place for medical advice without all the extra fluff. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow so we tell people to come a few minutes early. That’s just how it is in Juhu. We are just here doing our jobs every day.
