Dr Shah Piles Clinic

You can find us on S V Road in Malad West, right in the Hemo Classic Premises. We are situated next to the LIC office and directly opposite where New Era Cinema is. It’s a very loud part of Mumbai, with the traffic and the crowds always moving outside. The clinic is focused on piles treatment, which isn't something people like to talk about much, but it keeps us very busy. Dr. Shah is in most days, though he has to step out for emergencies sometimes. The waiting area is simple, just some chairs and a small table with old magazines that nobody really reads. We get people coming in from all over Malad and even further away because the train station isn't too far. It’s a practical space. We don't have fancy decorations or a lobby with coffee. Most patients just want to come in, talk to the doctor, and get their treatment done so they can go back to work. The staff here has been together for a few years, so we know how to handle the rush hours. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the construction outside on S V Road, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We try to keep things moving so no one has to sit around too long. It’s an honest, straightforward clinic. We do our job, manage the files, and help the people who come to see us. That is the way we have always run things.
