Dr. Sajid'S Mind Clinic

Our office is in the Bandra Kurla Complex area, specifically in Building Number 11. We are up on the third floor in rooms 303 and 304. It’s near the American Visa Centre, so the whole neighborhood is usually buzzing with people and security. I’ve been practicing here in Bandra East for a while. The clinic is a quiet place, which is important for the kind of work I do. I spend my days sitting in a comfortable chair listening to people talk about what’s on their minds. It’s a simple setup with some books on the shelves and a few plants by the window. The view from the third floor is mostly other office buildings and the busy streets below. I like the contrast between the noise outside and the quiet in here. Finding the building can be a little tricky because of the ongoing development in Motilal Nehru Nagar, but most people manage. I keep a kettle for tea because I think it helps people relax. We don't have a receptionist who yells names out; it’s all very low-key. I handle a lot of my own scheduling. It’s not a fancy corporate office, just a couple of rooms where we try to figure things out. People come from all over the city because the BKC area is so central. I’ve seen a lot of changes in this part of town, but the clinic stays pretty much the same.
