Dr. Pandit Eye Clinic

Dr. Pandit Eye Clinic is located on Gokhale Road in Dadar. We are right inside Shiv Sadan, which is directly opposite the Portuguese Church. It’s a very famous spot, so if you tell a taxi driver to go to the Portuguese Church in Dadar, you’re almost there. The clinic is a small, quiet place compared to the chaos of the streets outside. Dr. Pandit has been checking eyes here for a long time. We have the standard equipment for testing vision and looking at cataracts. The waiting area is just a few chairs lined up against the wall. We don’t have a fancy TV or anything to keep people entertained. Most of our patients are older folks from the Dadar area who have been coming to see us for years. They usually just sit and chat while they wait for their turn. Shiv Sadan is an older building, and you can feel that when you walk in. The hallways are a bit narrow. We don't do any big promotions or sales on glasses. We just give people their prescriptions and check their eye health. It’s a very straightforward operation. Sometimes the bells from the church across the road ring, and you can hear them clearly inside the clinic. We keep a simple schedule and try to see everyone who shows up. It’s just a regular eye clinic doing its work in a busy part of Mumbai.
