Dr Nilofers Clinic

Dr Nilofers Clinic is based in Andheri West, right in the A G2 Greenfields building. We've been here in Mumbai for a while now. It’s a small place, nothing fancy. People from around Andheri come in when they aren't feeling well. We try to keep things quiet and organized, but some days are busier than others. Usually, you'll find someone at the front desk to help with appointments. The clinic is easy enough to find if you know the Greenfields area. We deal with all sorts of regular health issues. Sometimes patients have to wait a bit if we're running behind schedule, which happens when a consultation takes longer. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working together. It’s mostly locals who stop by. We open up in the morning and stay until the last patient is seen. The walls are a plain color and we have some old magazines in the waiting area. It's just a regular neighborhood clinic where we do our daily work. Nothing more to it. We try to answer the phone whenever it rings, but if we're with someone, it might take a minute. People know us by name around here. It feels good to be part of the community in this part of Mumbai. I usually start the day by checking the files and making sure the rooms are tidy. The traffic on the way to Andheri West can be a bit much, but once I'm inside the clinic, it’s a different world. We just keep doing what we do every day.
