Dr Acharya Dental Clinic

If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Samadhan Hotel on T.H. Kataria Road in Matunga East. It is a good spot because everyone knows where the hotel is. Matunga East has that old-school feel to it, and our dental clinic fits right in. We have been in this space for a long time. The dental chair is old but it still works fine. We get the smell of food from the nearby places sometimes when the wind blows the right way. The road outside is always humming with taxis and buses. Inside, we have a few benches for people to sit on. The walls have some old posters about teeth that have been there since we opened. We see a lot of the same faces because people in this area do not move around much. They come in for a cleaning or when a filling falls out. We do not have a computerized booking system; we just write everything down in a big ledger on the desk. It is a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The light in the hallway is a bit dim, but the clinic itself is bright enough. We just go about our business, fixing teeth and talking to the neighbors. It is a decent way to spend the day in Matunga. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break.
