Dilendra Kumar

Our place is on Majas Road in Jogeshwari East, specifically in the Dinesh Building. We are at number 21. If you are familiar with the area, we are near the Caves Road intersection and Thakur Nagar. It's a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always noise from the traffic and people walking by. Dilendra is usually here from morning until late evening. The office is small and a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of supplies delivered. We don’t have a big corporate logo on the wall or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get things done. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we keep the door open as much as we can. We started this because we wanted to work in our own neighborhood and not have to commute across the city every day. It’s a simple business with no big secrets. We just listen to what people need and try to help them out as best as we can. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It is just us, doing the work, day in and day out. If you're in the neighborhood, you'll see us there, probably busy with something or other. We prefer keeping it real and talking to our customers like they are neighbors, because they usually are.
