Dhiraj Special Sandwich

We’ve been around Vile Parle East for a while now, right near the City Centre over by Kempe Gowda Circle 1. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. My name is Dhiraj and I started this sandwich shop because I just liked making them for people. It's not a fancy place, just a small shop where we keep the bread fresh and the chutneys spicy. Most days, we’re just busy chopping vegetables or toasting sandwiches on the grill. It gets quite crowded in the evenings when students and folks from the offices nearby stop by for a quick bite before heading home. We don’t have any big secrets, just using what we can find at the local market every morning. The grill is usually going from early until late. Some people have been coming to us for years, and we know their orders before they even sit down. It’s just how things go around here. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if it’s been a particularly long day, but we try to keep up. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the city, just a reliable spot for a sandwich when you're hungry. It’s a lot of hard work standing on your feet all day, but seeing the same faces makes it okay. We just keep doing what we do every day. It’s been our life for years and we don’t plan on changing much.
