Our office is tucked away on the first floor of Gitaneel Arcade. If you know Hill Road in Bandra West, you know how crowded it gets, especially near Elco Market. It’s a different vibe from the big stone yards since we’re right here in the middle of the city hustle. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting people who are trying to figure out what kind of granite they need for their projects. It’s a lot of paperwork and coordinating things between the quarries and the delivery sites. Being on Hill Road means there’s always noise outside, but inside we’re just focusing on the orders. We’ve been at this address for quite some time, so the locals know where to find us even if the stairs are a bit narrow. Granite is heavy stuff, and even though we don't keep the big slabs right here in the office, we handle all the details of where it’s going and how much it costs. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized when things get busy, but we do what we can. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with the traffic outside, but that’s just Bandra for you. We’re just regular people trying to keep the business moving and making sure the stone gets where it’s supposed to be on time. It's a lot of back and forth, but it's what we do every day.
