Design Studio

Our place is called Design Studio and we are located at Plot No 148 on the ground floor. It’s in the TTC MIDC Industrial Area, near Indira Nagar and Malabar Hill. Being in an industrial zone means there is always something going on around us. Trucks moving, people hauling stuff, and a lot of noise from the nearby units. We share the space and it’s pretty functional. There are no fancy decorations or art on the walls, just the stuff we need to get our work done. The ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with elevators. I usually arrive early to beat the industrial traffic that starts around eight. We spend most of the day coordinating things. It’s dusty work sometimes, given the location, but we have a decent setup inside. There is a small area where we keep our tools and another where the computers stay. It’s not exactly a quiet office environment, but it suits the kind of practical work we handle. We’ve been in this plot for a few years now. The Jain building is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't put on a show for anyone. We just open the doors, handle the projects, and make sure everything is sorted before we head home. It’s a lot of manual coordination but we have a good system going that keeps the wheels turning.
