Dentokraftt Dental Clinic is located at Shop no. 1 in the Nayaydeep Apartment, which is part of the Oberoi Complex in Andheri West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always noise from the street and people moving around. The shop itself is right on the ground level, so you don't have to worry about elevators or stairs. It is a compact space, but we have managed to fit everything we need for a proper dental practice. We have a couple of dental chairs and a small area for patients to wait. The walls have a few posters about teeth, but nothing too fancy. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know a lot of the people who live in the apartments nearby. It’s a very local vibe. We aren't part of some big medical group; it’s just our independent clinic. Most days are pretty straightforward—we handle the appointments, clean the tools, and talk to the people coming in. The Oberoi Complex is a well-known spot, so it’s easy to give directions. We don't use any complicated systems or have a huge front desk staff. It’s usually just one of us greeting people and then getting to work. We like the neighborhood and the people here. It's a bit of a squeeze sometimes when it's busy, but we've gotten used to the layout over the years. We just try to be practical about everything and keep the equipment in good shape for everyone.
