Decent Design

We’ve been here in Borivali East for a while now, tucked away in Room No 1 at Kuber Bhai Pandya. It’s not a huge space, but it’s where all the work happens for Decent Design. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and looking over the sketches from the day before. The room is usually a bit cluttered with papers and pencils because that’s just how we get things done here. People from the neighborhood drop by sometimes just to ask questions or see what we’re up to. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for fancy talk. Borivali is a busy area and being right here keeps us connected to what's going on outside our door. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the street sounds, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time just figuring out how to make things look right without overcomplicating them. It’s just a few of us here, making sure the daily tasks get finished before the sun goes down. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a practical workspace where we can focus on the projects at hand. Most of our tools are well-worn and have been with us since we started. It’s a simple life running a business from a small room, but it feels right for us. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy. We hope the work just speaks for itself.
