D.B.Granites

D.B.Granites is located right on the ground floor of Sunbeam Chambers, which is directly opposite Liberty Cinema in New Marine Lines. It’s a busy spot with a lot of traffic passing by all the time. We’ve been working with stone for quite a while now. Granite is heavy stuff, and our day is mostly spent moving slabs around and talking to people about their building projects. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our samples and do the billing. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the street outside and the work going on, but we’re used to it. We deal with all sorts of stone, and every piece is a bit different, which keeps things interesting. Dealing with New Marine Lines parking can be a headache sometimes, but we manage. We aren’t a big corporation with fancy slogans. We are just a local crew that knows a lot about granite. People come in, look at the colors, and we help them figure out what they need for their floors or counters. It’s honest work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking the stock in the back. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The shop is usually open early, and there’s always someone around to answer questions if you drop by Sunbeam Chambers. We just take it one slab at a time here every day.
