We operate out of the first floor of Birya House, which is located at 110 Fort Service Road. This is in the Rpc Layout area, and it’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the road. Our office is quite simple because we don't need much to do our work. We have a lot of wooden chairs and a big table where we sit and talk about things. Most of the people who come here are workers from the local area. We spend our time listening to their stories and trying to figure out how to handle the different issues they face. The Fort Service Road is always loud with cars and bikes, so we have to speak up sometimes. We don't have a fancy setup with computers everywhere. It’s more about the people and the conversations we have. We’ve been in Birya House for a long time now and the building feels like part of the family. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful coming up. We keep a lot of old files in the cabinets, tracking everything that happens. It’s a bit cluttered and the fans overhead are always spinning to keep the heat away. We don't have a polished corporate vibe. We are just regular people working together in Rpc Layout. Usually, there is a pot of tea going and someone is always there to chat. It’s a humble place.
