We are located out at More Ravish. It is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where Dagger Forst Tools Ltd has its roots. The address also has that old Rediffmailcom name attached to it from years ago, which we still use because it’s what everyone knows. The workshop is a bit noisy because of the machines and the tools we handle all day. It’s definitely not a quiet office job. We usually go home with some grease on our hands or dust on our clothes. It’s just how it is when you’re working with hardware. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and the building has definitely seen better days. The roof leaks a tiny bit when the monsoon is really heavy, so we have to move the desks around to keep things dry. We don't have any polished corporate speeches or fancy presentations. We just talk about what needs fixing or what order is going out next. It’s a very direct way of working. Most of us have been here for years, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done. We take our breaks together and usually just talk about the local news or what’s for lunch. It’s a simple life but it’s ours. We don't pretend to be a massive factory with thousands of workers. We are just a small group getting the work done in our own way.
