Customer Services

We are based in Sai Saradha Society, specifically in Building 3A, Flat 304. It’s on Ganesh Gawade Road in Mulund West. It is just a small residential office, nothing like the big corporate centers you see in the city. We handle different customer service tasks from this flat. It’s a quiet building for the most part, though the kids in the society can get a bit loud in the evenings. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the computers. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just ring the doorbell and one of us will let you in. We have some chairs for visitors, but it's mostly just our desks taking up the space. Mumbai is a fast-paced city, but we try to keep things simple here. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a few of us making sure the work gets done. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait for the technician, just like everyone else. We grab lunch from the local places around Mulund. It's a decent area to work in. We like being part of the society here. We don't have any big plans to move or change how we do things. We just keep at it, day after day, from our little spot in Mumbai 400 080.
