You can find us at 201, Windsor 2Nd Floor, Cst Road in KalinaSantcruz(East). It is a very busy part of town with plenty of planes flying overhead because the airport is so close. Our office is pretty straightforward and simple. We deal with organic chemicals, so there is a lot of talk about shipping routes and cargo prices. It is mostly phone calls and looking at spreadsheets. The office has big windows, which is nice, but it gets a bit noisy with all the street traffic down below. We have been here for a while and have a steady rhythm to how we do things. Crescent Organics Private Limited is not about being fancy or impressive. We have some old filing cabinets that are overflowing and the coffee machine is a bit temperamental, but it gets the job done for us. Our team is pretty tight-knit. We know each other’s families and what is going on in the neighborhood. We are not a giant corporation where no one knows your name. It is a practical place to work. We spend our days making sure our clients get their orders and that the suppliers are happy. There is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all complain, but we get through the day. It is just a normal office where we try to do a good job without making a big deal out of it.
