Our workplace is in a bungalow called Laxmi Ratan, number 1394, right near the VK High School in Panvel. It’s an interesting spot because it’s a house turned into an office, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial building. We’re close to Tillu Guruji G, if you’re looking for landmarks in the Raigad district. The atmosphere is pretty quiet most of the time, except when the school bell rings and the kids are heading home. We focus on development projects here. It involves a lot of sitting in front of monitors and writing code or checking plans. Because it’s a bungalow, we have a little bit of outdoor space where we can sit during breaks. The rooms are a bit small, so we’ve had to be creative with how we arrange the desks. We don't have a corporate cafeteria, but there are plenty of small eateries nearby that serve good vada pav and chai. The stairs are a bit narrow and the floorboards creak in some spots, but it adds character to the place. We’ve grown slowly over the years, adding a desk here and a computer there. Most of us are local to Panvel or Navi Mumbai. We don't really bother with suits or formal meetings. We just sit together, discuss what needs to be done for the day, and then get to it. It’s a straightforward way to work.
