Compass Bpo

Our office is based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, over in Sector 10. We are located in the Sagardarshan Chs, building B 17, room 34. Airoli has changed a lot lately with all the new tech parks, but our spot is in a more established residential society. It gives the workplace a bit of a homey feel that we actually quite like. Compass Bpo runs from this small unit. We have a few desks crammed in, and the walls are covered with some old calendars and whiteboards to keep track of things. It’s not a polished corporate environment by any means. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in for the same shift, but we always make it work. The building has a view of other similar blocks, and you can always hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing downstairs or someone calling out for a vendor. We like being part of a housing society rather than a cold glass building. It feels more real to us. The commute usually involves a bus or a quick walk from the railway station. We handle our tasks one by one, and there isn't much formality here. We use the local shops for our tea and snacks, and everyone knows the regulars by now. It’s just a plain, functional office where we put in the effort every day. No big mission statements or fancy logos, just a group of people working together in a regular Navi Mumbai apartment.
