We have an office at 41/44 Minoo Desai Marg. This is on Colaba Nagar Road in the Shirur area. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center. We do a lot of construction and project work from here. The office is often full of maps and site plans. People are always coming in with mud on their boots from the sites. It’s a busy atmosphere. We handle the planning and the logistics for the local jobs. There's a lot of talk about materials and timelines. The road outside is usually busy with heavy vehicles. We have a small parking area that fills up fast. Shirur is growing, so there is always some work going on nearby. We aren't really a retail shop. You won't find things to buy here. It's all about project management. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to reach the actual work sites. The office is just the base. We've got desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee. It’s a practical place. We don't spend much on decorations. It's more about having a space to coordinate everything. The staff is used to the long hours. We just try to get things built correctly. It can be stressful when the weather turns bad and work stops. We spend those days catching up on all the files we ignored. Sometimes the phones go out during the monsoon season.
