Coalition Development

Coalition Development is over at A 2 in the Panchsheel Chs building. We are in Radhagram, Vakola, which is part of Santacruz E in Mumbai, 400055. Being in a CHS means we are right in the middle of a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate park at all. You can hear kids playing or people talking in the hallways sometimes. Our office is a small space where we handle our development work. It’s got that typical Mumbai feel—a bit tight on space but we make it work. We have our computers set up and files tucked away in corners. Vakola is a busy spot, and getting here through the Santacruz traffic can be a real test of patience every single day. We don't have a big marketing budget or a flashy website with polished photos. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't stop us from getting our work done. We focus on the projects we have at hand and try to keep things organized. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. We don't use any of those special phrases because we’re too busy actually doing the work. It’s just a small group of us in a residential building trying to stay on top of our development tasks. It’s honest and straightforward, and that’s about all there is to it.
