Cmc Ltd

We are based in Flat B 04 at Asha Prem CHS in Patil Wadi. It’s a small housing society, and our office for Cmc Ltd is right there among the residents. Being on the lower floor is helpful because people can find us without much trouble. The space is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some plastic chairs for when visitors come by, and a lot of folders stacked against the walls. It’s the kind of place where you hear the kids playing outside in the evening and the sounds of people cooking dinner next door. We aren't a big team, just a few of us handling the daily chores and keeping the business ticking along. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished image. We’re just local people working in our own neighborhood. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with boxes and old papers, but we know where everything is. Our days are filled with phone calls and typing out reports. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do to earn a living. We try to be fair and honest in everything we handle. If there's a problem, we talk it out and find a solution that works for everyone. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we appreciate the simplicity of being in a place like Asha Prem. Every morning we start with a cup of tea and a look at the to-do list.
