This is our Peddar Road location, specifically Flat No. 1 in Padam-2. It’s a bit different being in a residential-style building, but it works for us at Classic Floorings And Interiors Pvt. Ltd. Peddar Road is always packed with cars, so getting here can be a bit of a journey depending on the time of day. We’ve set up shop in 4-b and it’s a quiet enough space once you get inside. We handle the paperwork and some of the smaller design bits from here. It's a small crew, mostly just a few of us sitting around desks and talking to clients on the phone. We don't have a big showroom here, it's more of a functional office space. Sometimes we have to move stuff around to make room for new samples. It’s not a shiny corporate office with a lobby. It feels more like a workspace where people actually do things. We’ve been in this part of town for a while and we like the neighborhood, even with the noise from the street. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We just focus on the flooring projects and making sure the numbers add up. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We appreciate the people who come to see us here because parking is never easy and the traffic is always heavy.
