Classic Constructions

Our office is located in Kandivali West, specifically at Ship 4. We’ve been doing building work and renovations around this area for a good number of years. It’s a small setup, mostly just a place where we keep our blueprints, some samples of tiles, and our basic equipment. Most of the time, we aren't even in the office because we are out on a job site somewhere nearby. We handle things like fixing up old apartments, doing some masonry work, or helping people with small additions to their homes. Construction is a messy business, and we usually show up to meetings with a bit of dust on our boots. We don't have a slick sales team or a fancy brochure. If someone wants work done, we just go over, take a look, and tell them what it’s going to take to get it finished. There are always surprises when you start knocking down walls, but we just deal with them as they come up. We try to be realistic about how long things take, even though everyone is always in a hurry. It’s hard work, and the weather in Mumbai doesn't always cooperate with our schedules, but we keep at it. We’re just local builders trying to do a solid job so that the walls stay straight and the roofs don't leak when the rain starts.
