Citizen English High School

Citizen English High School is tucked away on Plot No 25 Aa, along Road No 12 in Govandi West. We are situated right behind the Reliance Power building and not far from the Shivaji Nagar New Bus Depot. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around the school. The school building itself isn’t anything fancy, just a solid structure that has served the kids in this neighborhood for many years. We have classrooms spread across a few floors, and every inch of space gets used during the day. Since we are so close to the bus depot, it’s easy for people to find us, though the streets can get pretty congested with traffic and pedestrians. Inside, the walls are covered with notices and some student projects. It’s a bustling place where teachers and students are constantly on the move. We don’t have a huge playground, but the kids find ways to enjoy their breaks anyway. The focus here is just on getting through the lessons and making sure everyone is learning what they need to. It’s an honest, hard-working environment that reflects the spirit of Govandi. We’ve seen many generations of local families come through these doors. It’s just a regular school where we try to keep things organized and helpful for the students who live nearby. We like being a part of the daily life in this crowded, energetic corner of Mumbai.
