Citibank

Our office is at 1 30 Nandadeep Building on Road No 2 in Sion East, Mumbai. If you’ve spent time in Sion, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of energy. This Citibank branch is where we spend our ten-to-six, mostly dealing with the admin side of things. We have a lot of old files and new digital systems to juggle, and it can get a bit hectic on Mondays. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose for us. We don't have a flashy lobby or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just bring our own tiffins and eat at our desks when we get a chance. The work is mostly about checking details and making sure no one made a mistake on a form. When people come in, they’re often in a hurry because of the Mumbai pace, so we try to be quick and get straight to the point. We aren’t here to sell anyone on big ideas; we’re just here to handle the bank stuff. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain is too loud on the roof, but we just keep going. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town. We like the fact that we’re right here in the middle of everything in Sion East. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a local spot where we do our best with what we have for everyone around Road No 2.
