We are located at Flat No 101 in Mahavir Apartment, right on Dev Samaj Road in Ulhasnagar. It is easy to find if you know the C 25 50 area. Working for Citibank in a place like this is different from being in the middle of a huge city. We know many of the shopkeepers on the street and see the same faces every morning. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a lived-in feel to it. There are desks pushed against the walls and plenty of filing cabinets filled with years of paperwork. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it's just a few of us handling the daily chores of banking. Whether it's processing a loan application or just helping someone understand their monthly statement, we take it as it comes. The heat in Ulhasnagar can be tough in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We don't promise anything grand, we just try to be helpful and get the entries right in the system. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it's quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we just want to keep things running smoothly for everyone who relies on us. It’s a small operation, but we take the work seriously because people’s money matters in the 421 004 area.
