You can find us at B 1 Shreepal Building, right near the old Aradhana Cinema on Panchpakadi Road in Thane West. It’s a familiar part of the city for anyone who’s lived here long enough. Our branch of Citibank isn't very large, but we stay pretty active throughout the day. Usually, the traffic on Panchpakadi Road is what we hear through the windows while we’re filing documents or talking to people about their savings. We have a small team here, and most of us have been around for a few years, so we know the regulars who stop by. It’s not about having some high-tech office; it’s just a place where we sit down and look at numbers. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it a bit of a trek to get to the building, but we’re always here when the shutters go up. We deal with the usual bank tasks, like checking signatures or helping people fill out forms that seem way too complicated. It’s honest work, and we try to be as practical as possible when someone has a problem with their account.
