Cingari

Working at Cingari over here in Andheri East at the Intercontinental The Lalit keeps us on our toes. Being tucked inside a big hotel means we see a lot of different people coming through every day. Some are staying upstairs, while others just come in from the neighborhood because they know the spot. It is a bit of a different vibe than a street stall, but we try to keep it down to earth. The kitchen gets really busy around dinner time, and there is always something to do. We spend a lot of time on the small details. The location is convenient for folks around Andheri who want something different. We do not spend a lot of time on fancy speeches about what we do. We just show up, get the ingredients ready, and start cooking. It is a job, but one we take seriously. The lighting is low and it gets quite cozy in the evenings. We like seeing people relax after a long day of travel or work. It is quiet enough to have a real conversation. We are not trying to be the flashiest place in town, just a reliable one where you can get a good meal without a big fuss.
