Pam Pharmaceutical And Allied Machinery Company Pvt. Ltd. is located at 127 in the Kandivli Industrial Estate. It’s the Charkop area of Kandivli-West. Since we’re in an industrial estate, it’s always busy with trucks and workers moving around. We deal with machinery for the pharma industry, so there is usually some heavy equipment being checked or moved. It’s not the cleanest place, as there’s always a bit of grease or metal dust around, but that’s the nature of the work. We’ve got a workshop area and a small office space attached to it. The sounds of machines are just part of the background here. Our team is mostly technicians and guys who know how to fix things. We don't really dress up for work because we’re always hands-on with the machines. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer. We’ve been in this spot for years and know most of the other unit owners around us. It’s a lot of hard work keeping the machinery in good shape. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or testing parts. It’s a very practical environment. There’s no corporate talk here, just people getting their hands dirty and making sure the equipment works right for whoever needs it. It’s just how we do things in Charkop.
