Nav Jivan Hearing Aids Solution is on the third floor of Building No. 3. We are in Office No. 10 on Dr. Bhadkamkar Marg, which everyone calls Lamington Road. It is right in the heart of Mumbai Central. If you know this road, you know it is famous for electronics. Our building is always busy with people coming and going. We have been here for several years now. Our office is where we help people with their hearing aids. It is a bit of a quiet place compared to the noise of the street below. We have some small tools and testing machines for the hearing aids. There are usually two or three of us here during the day. We spend a lot of time showing people how to take care of their devices. It is very detailed work because the pieces are so small. We do not have any big ads or fancy signs. Most people find us because their doctor told them to come here. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow, so we tell people to give themselves extra time. We keep all our patient files in big metal cabinets. Lamington Road is a hectic place to work, but we like the energy of it. We just focus on doing a good job with the repairs and fittings. It is a practical business and we like it that way.
