Prabhu Deafness Clinic

Our clinic, Prabhu Deafness Clinic, is located inside Adkar's Polyclinic. We are at Clinic No 119 in the Joglekar Building on Dadasaheb Rege Marg, right by Shivaji Park in Dadar West. It’s a well-known area, so people usually don’t have much trouble finding us. The building is an older one, typical for Dadar West, and it has that classic feel to it. We are up on the first floor. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic and the noise from Shivaji Park, especially when there’s a cricket match or an event going on. Inside, we try to keep it a bit quieter because of the nature of our work. We focus on hearing issues and helping people who are having trouble with their ears. The office isn't very large, just enough room for our equipment and a place for patients to sit. We’ve seen generations of families come through these doors. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit temperamental, so the stairs are a good backup. We don't have fancy brochures or a big marketing budget. We just talk to people and try to help them hear a bit better. It’s a specialized kind of work, but we keep it down-to-earth. We’ve been in the Joglekar Building for quite some time now and plan to stay. It’s just our small corner of Dadar where we do our daily tasks and help out our patients. We like being part of the Shivaji Park community.
