Lotus Ent Hospital

If you are coming by train, finding Lotus Ent Hospital is pretty easy since we are right opposite the Ghatkopar Station on the East side. We are on the second floor of Madhav Apartments, which sits right above Hotel Samrat. In fact, you have to walk past the hotel entrance to get to the stairs or the lift. Being on Jawahar Road means it is always incredibly busy outside. There are people everywhere, street food smells coming up from downstairs, and the sound of the trains. Inside the hospital, it’s a bit different, though you can still hear the city hum. We have a reception area and a few rooms for checking ears, noses, and throats. It’s a compact space because of the building’s layout, but we make it work. The staff is used to the fast pace of the station area. We see a lot of people who just drop in because they were passing by or getting off their commute. We don't have a lot of space for big signs, so people usually look for Hotel Samrat first and then find us on the 2nd floor. It’s a very practical location for a clinic. We spend our day seeing patients and cleaning the equipment. There are no fancy decorations, just the usual medical posters and chairs for waiting. It’s a small, local hospital that’s been in Madhav Apartments for a long time now, serving the people around Jawahar Road.
