CEMTRODS MULTIVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the Jai Laxmi building on Narsi Natha Street. We are up on the first floor in room 17. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We deal with various types of ventures and business projects from this office. It is a fairly basic setup with desks and some old cabinets for our records. We do not see the point in spending a fortune on interior design when we have work to finish. The building has been there for a long time, and so have we. It is a place where we feel comfortable getting our daily tasks done. Our team is pretty small, and we do not really have any corporate layers or fancy titles. We just work together to keep the business running. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked with trucks and deliveries, but that is normal for this area. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to move everything out of the way. We have a couple of ceiling fans that hum quite a bit when they are on the high setting. It is just part of the background noise now. We keep our lunch boxes in a small fridge near the back door. Most of us bring food from home. We take a very practical approach to everything we do. No big promises here.
