Celfrost Innovations is based out of the Kailash Industrial Complex in Vikhroli West. Our unit is B18. The complex is right on the Vikhroli Hiranandani Link Road. It’s a very busy area, especially during the morning and evening commute. The building itself is quite large, and there are many different businesses here. Inside our space, it’s mostly full of cooling equipment and spare parts. We don't have a flashy showroom. It's more of a warehouse and office hybrid. There are always crates being moved around or technicians checking over a unit. The lighting is okay, but it gets a bit dim in the corners. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with people. It’s not the quietest office because of all the activity in the complex. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we just use the stairs. We usually have a small pot of coffee going in the corner. Most of us live nearby, so the travel isn't too bad. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, handle the orders, and try to make sure everything gets where it needs to go. It’s a busy life in Vikhroli, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work without any big fuss or drama.
