Cedar Management Consulting

Our office is in Kalash Udhyan Sarika 4, specifically Flat No 10 in Sector 11 of Koperkhairane. It’s on Plot No 23 in the Vashi area. This is where we run Cedar Management Consulting. The space is actually a flat that we’ve converted into an office, so it has a very homey, unofficial feel to it. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in other parts of Navi Mumbai. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the main rooms are where all the work happens. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. Koperkhairane is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there’s always people moving around outside. We like the location because it’s practical. Our desks are squeezed in where they fit, and we have folders stacked up on most flat surfaces. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer. We spend our time working on various management tasks and trying to keep things organized. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep into a project. It’s just a plain, honest place to work. We don’t put on any acts here. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a simple flat in Sector 11. It works for us and the way we like to do things.
